Jan Chaloupka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and continued his studies in Vienna and Budapest. He deepened his professional qualifications at CEMS and ACCA, as well as lecturing on advanced corporate finance and investment decision-making at the University of Economics in Prague.

Jan began his professional career at the KPMG consulting company in Prague and Dubai. He then joined Immofinanz in Vienna, where he held the position of Country Manager for Slovakia and led Controlling for CEE, where he also participated in the restructuring of the Russian portfolio. He held the position of CFO for the PPF financial group in Moscow for their logistics portfolio. After joining BHM Group in 2019, he founded the department of logistics and retail parks, which he oversees as Managing Partner for commercial Real Estate.

Before joining BHM, Jonáš worked for 6 years in the area of corporate finance. He participated in projects for local and foreign clients and took part in a number of successful M&A transactions, bond issues and IPOs. He graduated from the Prague University of Economics (VŠE) and participated in study exchanges at the McCombs School of Business (Texas, USA) and the London School of Economics (LSE).

Jan Izák graduated at the Institute of Economic Studies (IES) at Charles University (UK) and at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. At his first internship, he worked in the controlling department of Telefonica O2 and later at McKinsey & Company, where he participated in cost optimization projects in the field of telecommunications.

At BHM group, he is in charge of the analysis of investment opportunities and the subsequent development of the companies on the portfolio. He currently also works, among other things, as the Financial Director of BLOCK, a.s.

Michal Prause focuses on investments in renewable energy, specifically on the acquisition and divestiture of solar and wind power projects. In the past, he worked as an analyst at BHM, a consultant at Kearney, and as an economic analyst at the British Embassy in Prague.

Markus holds a Master's degree and a Doctor's Degree of Business Administration of the University of Kiel, Germany. He started his professional career at BMW AG at their headquarters in Munich in several operational and strategic product management positions including assignments in the USA. He later joined the Management Consultancy business consulting major automotive OEMs in Europe as well as in the US in the areas of restructuring, market growth and process optimization. He returned to an operational role in the automotive industry as Board of Marketing NISSAN for Germany in the RENAULT NISSAN Deutschland AG.

After 14 years in the automotive sector Markus moved to the medical business and joined DRAEGER AG in Germany to lead their hospital infrastructure business as the global President, managing the international teams of this business as well as the German and international production sites. After 8 years he pursued the opportunity to extend the global business of SIMEON Medical, a family-owned SME. Within 8 years SIMEON developed to one of the international top solution providers for hospital products. At BHM group Markus is in charge of the Reinsberg Group to build and manage the group's medical business and to raise it to the next level of performance in the industry's consolidation environment.

Miroslav graduated from the Master of International Management (CEMS) programme at VŠE in Prague and at NHH in Bergen. Then he worked as a business analyst at the consulting company Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, an investment and project manager at the investment group Natland, an investment manager at the global private equity player Advent International and also as an investment manager at the Prague-based investment fund ESPIRA.

At BHM group, Miroslav is in charge of sourcing and analysing investment opportunities, managing the transactions and subsequently developing the portfolio companies across various industries. Miroslav is a CFA charter holder.

Filip Holubovský holds a master's degree in finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He gained his first experience as a M&A intern at Patria Corporate Finance.

At BHM group, he is in charge of the analysis of investment opportunities and the subsequent development of the portfolio companies. Currently, he also works on the development of Reinsberg Group.

Eduard Tisoň is a finance and investment expert with international experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University and a master's degree in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He further expanded his knowledge by completing the CFA Level 2 exam.

He gained his first professional experience as an analyst at Fincentrum and at Rockaway Academy. He then worked for two years in business valuation at Deloitte and the European Valuation Institute. Following that, he focused on private equity real estate at Lincoln Property Company, where he was responsible for the analysis and financial management of projects in the Czech Republic and Poland.

At BHM Group, he focuses on analyzing investment opportunities and the strategic development of portfolio companies across various sectors.
