Tomáš Krsek is the founder of BHM group. He is a successful entrepreneur and manager, who lead Skoda Transportation in its modern era as a CEO and Chairman of the Board.

In 2010 he has become one of the largest shareholders of Skoda Transportation. After the sale of the company in 2017, he started BHM group to invest into high value-added firms with sophisticated know how and support them on their path to success.

Jan Černý began his academic and professional career in the USA and England. He holds a master’s degree in financial economics from the University of Oxford. After returning to the Czech Republic, he worked for the leading European manufacturer of rolling stock, Škoda Transportation, where, as CFO and member of the board of directors, he participated in the development and expansion of the group.

Since 2018, Jan Černý has been the head of the BHM investment group, where he plays a key role in its strategic direction, global expansion, and above all contributes significantly to its further development. In addition to overseeing the group's investment strategy, he particularly focuses on investment and strategic management of the financial aspects of projects in the industrial sector and real estate. Thanks to this, he actively contributes to the overall success of the BHM group.

Přemysl studied Mathematics and Mathematical Engineering at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences (FJFI) of the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT) and at the prestigious French "Grande Ecole" ENSTA ParisTech. He started his career as a quant analyst for the Revenue Management department of Air France. After several years in France, he returned to the Czech Republic as the founder and director of the Czech branch of the French IT company Altersis.

After he left the company, he joined the Rockaway Investment Group, where he was in charge of technology and investments projects. In 2016, together with Tomáš Krsek and his BHM group, he founded the investment company Presto Ventures, which invests in early-stage tech start-ups. In addition to investing in the CEE regions and supporting portfolio companies, Přemysl also dedicates time to the incubation of new projects from the STEM environment (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), gives lectures on start-ups and mentors in business incubators all around Europe and the USA.

Miloš Kratochvíl studied foreign trade at the Prague University of Economics (VŠE). After ten years working in the field of banking, he joined the Škoda Plzeň engineering group where he worked for many years as a senior manager of the company and participated in the restructuring of the group. Subsequently, he worked as Financial and General Director of the holding company.

Within BHM group, he holds the position of the Chairman in the Board of Directors. His main responsibility is corporate governance, he also coordinates intra-group financing as well as relationships with shareholders and partners.

František Vladař graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT). He later also graduated in Human Resources Management from the School of Business and Finance at the Sheffield Hallam University, UK. František has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of construction, technology supply, energy, renewable-energy, real estate, and foreign trade in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

František worked for many years on important positions for big companies like Skanska (Human Resources Director), ČKD Export (General Director) or ČKD Energy (Sales and Executive Director). In BHM group, he focuses mainly on investments in companies in the areas of mechanical engineering, new technologies, renewable-energy, real estate development projects but he also helps with the preparation of hospital construction projects abroad.

Jan Chaloupka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and continued his studies in Vienna and Budapest. He deepened his professional qualifications at CEMS and ACCA, as well as lecturing on advanced corporate finance and investment decision-making at the University of Economics in Prague.

Jan began his professional career at the KPMG consulting company in Prague and Dubai. He then joined Immofinanz in Vienna, where he held the position of Country Manager for Slovakia and led Controlling for CEE, where he also participated in the restructuring of the Russian portfolio. He held the position of CFO for the PPF financial group in Moscow for their logistics portfolio. After joining BHM Group in 2019, he founded the department of logistics and retail parks, which he oversees as Managing Partner for commercial Real Estate.

Before joining BHM, Jonáš worked for 6 years in the area of corporate finance. He participated in projects for local and foreign clients and took part in a number of successful M&A transactions, bond issues and IPOs. He graduated from the Prague University of Economics (VŠE) and participated in study exchanges at the McCombs School of Business (Texas, USA) and the London School of Economics (LSE).

Jan Izák graduated at the Institute of Economic Studies (IES) at Charles University (UK) and at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. At his first internship, he worked in the controlling department of Telefonica O2 and later at McKinsey & Company, where he participated in cost optimization projects in the field of telecommunications.

At BHM group, he is in charge of the analysis of investment opportunities and the subsequent development of the companies on the portfolio. He currently also works, among other things, as the Financial Director of BLOCK, a.s.

Michal Prause focuses on investments in renewable energy, specifically on the acquisition and divestiture of solar and wind power projects. In the past, he worked as an analyst at BHM, a consultant at Kearney, and as an economic analyst at the British Embassy in Prague.

Markus holds a Master’s degree and a Doctor’s Degree of Business Administration of the University of Kiel, Germany. He started his professional career at BMW AG at their headquarters in Munich in several operational and strategic product management positions including assignments in the USA. He later joined the Management Consultancy business consulting major automotive OEMs in Europe as well as in the US in the areas of restructuring, market growth and process optimization. He returned to an operational role in the automotive industry as Board of Marketing NISSAN for Germany in the RENAULT NISSAN Deutschland AG.After 14 years in the automotive sector Markus moved to the medical business and joined DRAEGER AG in Germany to lead their hospital infrastructure business as the global President, managing the international teams of this business as well as the German and international production sites. After 8 years he pursued the opportunity to extend the global business of SIMEON Medical, a family-owned SME. Within 8 years SIMEON developed to one of the international top solution providers for hospital products. At BHM group Markus is in charge of the Reinsberg Group to build and manage the group’s medical business and to raise it to the next level of performance in the industry’s consolidation environment.

Over the last 10 years, Robert Doucha has been responsible for acquiring, managing, and exiting project companies in the field of renewable energy, focusing on solar and wind power plants in Europe. After acquiring the Winda Power company in 2017, he closely collaborated with the Finnish team to expand the business through the development and construction of wind power plants. As a key leader of the company, he is responsible for managing the organization to meet the goals set by the shareholders. Currently, he is actively managing the construction of a 200 MW portfolio of wind farms for a top-notch international investor, Blackrock.

He graduated in Nuclear Physics from the Czech Technical University in Prague, and has previously worked as a FEM analyst at Mercedes Benz, a team leader in R&D at Robert Bosch, and a research worker at the Institute of Nuclear Fuels in Prague.

Lucie Dofkova actively manages a portfolio of solar power projects across Europe. As a member of the board of directors of Finnish developer Winda Energy, she is primarily involved in the financial and strategic management of the company. As Group CFO, she is responsible for financial management not only of the entire portfolio owned by the group in Finland, but also of the portfolio owned by Blackrock, which is currently under construction. She also evaluates investment opportunities in Scandinavia and Balkan countries.

She studied management and international law. She gained experience in the financial department of Citibank and as a tax and accounting advisor.

Peter graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague and participated in a study exchange program at the Robins School of Business (Virginia, USA). After his studies, he worked for three years at the consulting firm EY in the Valuation & Business modelling team and then for four years for one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in Europe, Dr. Max (Penta Investments) where, as a member of the M&A team, he was responsible for the group's expansion into new European markets. Thanks to the strong acquisition appetite and entry into the Romanian, Serbian and Italian markets, Dr. Max group more than doubled during this period.

At BHM group, Peter is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, their execution and subsequent development of portfolio companies. In addition to the private equity segment, Peter is actively managing expansion of a portfolio of retail parks and logistics parks in the region of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.

Miroslav graduated from the Master of International Management (CEMS) programme at VŠE in Prague and at NHH in Bergen. Then he worked as a business analyst at the consulting company Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, an investment and project manager at the investment group Natland, an investment manager at the global private equity player Advent International and also as an investment manager at the Prague-based investment fund ESPIRA.

At BHM group, Miroslav is in charge of sourcing and analysing investment opportunities, managing the transactions and subsequently developing the portfolio companies across various industries. Miroslav is a CFA charter holder.

Václav drives the development of new renewable assets throughout Europe, manages the firm’s project portfolio and leverages his expertise in transactions. As an energy professional, he has an extensive understanding of the industry, including regulatory frameworks, energy markets, as well as more technical aspects like ancillary services or operation of the electricity grid. Drawing on his experience in consulting and legal advisory, Václav keeps pace with the rapid developments in the energy sector on both local and EU levels.

Filip Holubovský holds a master’s degree in finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He gained his first experience as a M&A intern at Patria Corporate Finance.

At BHM group, he is in charge of the analysis of investment opportunities and the subsequent development of the portfolio companies. Currently, he also works on the development of Reinsberg Group.

Jan graduated at the Bocconi University in Milano, Italy. During his studies, he worked as an intern for Bentley Motors, in the financial department of GasNet, for one of the first search funds in the CEE region called Smokestack and before joining BHM he completed his last internship with UniCredit in Vienna, where he worked on M&A transactions execution in the energy and FIG sectors.

At BHM group he focuses on industry research, analysis of investment opportunities and on acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies.

Martin graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and completed two study programs at ESSEC Business School in France and Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Austria. During his studies, he worked as an intern at Société Générale and in the Business Recovery Services department of PwC. Before joining BHM, Martin worked in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team at EY.

At BHM Renewables, Martin focuses on the analysis of investment opportunities and portfolio development of renewable energy projects.

She began her professional career as a journalist at the public service broadcaster Czech Television in its current affairs department, where she was first in charge of daily reports and then became producer of the main political discussion program. After that, she also worked at the Z1 private news TV station, where she led the talk-shows program team. She also worked in print media as a journalist for the printed magazine.

In the field of public relations and marketing, she began her professional career in the state sector, where she headed the Department of External Relations and Communication for the Ministry. In the private sector she then worked for ten years as director of marketing and communications for Škoda Transportation. At university she studied political science and marketing.

Tereza is the Office Manager of the Renewables team. She oversees all administration and is responsible for the functioning of the entire operation of the office. She is primarily responsible for the coordination of the technical and administrative part of the projects, independently provides background materials and documents for the group management, or recruitment and initial training for interns.

She studied archival science at Masaryk University in Brno. At work, she uses the experience gained from her studies, such as thoroughness, precision, or the art of prioritization.
