Prague / Mönchengladbach, 2 February 2026 – Investment firm BHM group, through its MedTech subsidiary Reinsberg Group, has completed the acquisition of the German company Rein Medical, one of the leading providers of medical IT solutions and video management systems for hospitals and clinics. Rein Medical thus becomes a fully integrated part of Reinsberg Group.
